How franchise commercial terms are set.

Every franchise is governed by a written franchise agreement signed after your application is approved.
The agreement sets out your territory, the fees and deposit you pay, the commission plan, exclusivity, duration and obligations on both sides.
No fee is payable until you have reviewed and signed the agreement.
